Center for Youth Organizations (CENYO) is a registered non-government organization established in 2015 for the prime purposes of creating avenues for youth to engage in the following:
To promote gender, environmental, socio-economic, health, educational, political and cultural rights.
To support youth participation in an ecologically sound, economically viable and socially just development process to improve their lives.
To advocate collaboration and exchange of experiences with other national or international organizations doing similar work
To promote on-going study and research, documentation of best practices and knowledge management on ecological conservation work.
As a Knowledge Management Team the organization is dedicated to uphold the premise of “thinking globally, acting locally” of GEF SGP and supports 10 community based organizations to further empower grass root level communities while supporting pro- environmental practices.
